How much does it cost to return an order?

Returns are free of charge from Austria and Germany. 
Other Countries: The customer takes the cost of shipping.

I would like to return an item, what should I do?

 

Fill in our online returns form

 

In order to ensure your return is processed correctly, please inform us that you would like to make a return using our online form.

 

Login to "My Account" using your login credentials. If you completed your order as a guest, please login with your order number and the email address provided when you ordered.

 

Choose the item(s) that you would like to return, and choose a reason for your return. Then your returns slip will automatically be generated. Please print this out.

 

 

 

Pack up your items

 

Pack up your item(s) for return in a box and attach your returns label to the outside of the sealed box. Please ensure that your item(s) are returned together with all original packaging and complete with all parts. In order to avoid damage in the post, please use suitable packaging.

 

 

 

Send your items

 

Send your item(s) back to xxx and keep your proof of postage safe.

 

 

 

Refund

 

Once we have received your return and checked all items, your refund will be processed and credited back to you using the original payment method.
