Heavy goods (over 30kg) will be sent to a forwarding agency. We will inform you of the total transport costs for the goods before dispatch.

All our goods will be sent with a shipping company selected by us.
Upon dispatch of your goods, you will be supplied with a tracking number for you to follow the progress of your delivery.
The quantity of articles available to order is limited to small amounts intended for individuals or households.

PAYMENT METHODS

The following will give you detailed information on our fast and secure payment options. In case you have any queries, please feel free to contact us directly.

Payment by Credit Card
We accept payment by credit card with Visa and Mastercard. Your card details (card number, expiry date, etc.) are automatically forwarded to the Paymaster service via an encrypted, secure security system.
The payment is processed immediately after you have successfully completed your order on our online store. You will receive an automatic order confirmation shortly after your order is received.

Even in the case of refunds, only partial fragments of your card details are visible to our customer service team. Refunds are therefore only able to be made to the card holder who made the original purchase on our online store. Partial refunds can only be carried out upon presentation of your bank details.

Invoice
Payment by invoice is only available for registered customers. Payment is due in full within 14 days from the date of invoice. The company Dschulnigg GmbH & Co KG reserves the right to check a customer’s credit and deny the possibility of payment by invoice in individual cases.

Bank transfer
This payment method offers you another easy and simple way to quickly and securely pay for your orders. The advantage of this method is that we can send your items as soon as possible (as long as they are currently available).

Cash on delivery
This payment method allows you to pay for your order upon receipt of your goods. You pay directly to the delivery agent upon delivery or pickup of your items.

PayPal
With this payment method you can complete your payment using only your e-mail address and password. The seller does not see your bank account or credit card details. Every PayPal payment will be confirmed separately via e-mail.

SEPA Direct Debit
With SEPA, the account holder agrees with the payee for them to receive the total amount via Direct Debit.
The mandate instructs the bank to complete the direct debit by collecting the respective amount from the account holder’s bank account.

Reservation of Title
Until goods are paid for in full, all items remain the property of Dschulnigg GmbH & Co KG.
We reserve the right to carry out a credit check. In order to protect against credit risks, we reserve the right to only complete a delivery after receipt of payment via one of the following methods: prepayment, credit card payment, bank transfer, PayPal or cash on delivery.


DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Information
The availability of products displayed on our website is based on our merchandise management system and is continually updated. This system is meant to provide our customers with an overview of the expected delivery time for a product, but does not guarantee the delivery of an item by a specified time. Your items will only be reserved for you upon receipt of full payment. It can sometimes occur that an item marked as in stock in our online store is not currently available. This can be due to the same item being ordered by another customer at the same time and their payment being completed first, or can also be due to a shortfall. We aim to avoid these mistakes, but we cannot always prevent them due to the number of items and various options that are available.
Items that are marked as not in stock (marked in red) are sold out, no longer available, or are pending on replenishment without a fixed delivery date.
You are able to request an estimated date that the item will be back in stock (according to the supplier's information office). Should this date be postponed due to loss of production, delays in transport, delays clearing customs, etc. we will endeavour to notify the customer accordingly. Please note that the availability of items as displayed on our website is always non-binding.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

Would you like to make a return? Just follow the instructions below!

Fill in our online returns form
In order to ensure your return is processed correctly, please inform us that you would like to make a return using our online form.
Login to "My Account" using your login credentials. If you completed your order as a guest, please login with your order number and the email address provided when you ordered.
Choose the item that you would like to return, and choose a reason for your return. Then your returns slip will automatically be generated. Please print this out.

Pack up your item
Pack up your item for delivery in a box and attach your returns label to the outside of the sealed box. Please ensure that your item is returned together with all original packaging and complete with all parts. In order to avoid damage in the post, please use suitable packaging.

Send your item
Take your return to your nearest drop off point and keep your proof of postage safe.

Refund
Once we have received your return and checked all items, your refund will be processed and credited back to you using the original payment method.
